Virtual & executive Assistant
Job Description
We’re looking for a fun and enthusiastic freelance assistant to join our growing team, to help with the day-to-day admin and customer services tasks generated by a fast growing coaching & healing business as well as support at our in-person live events in Ibiza, Los Angeles and London.

We’re looking for the right person with prior experience of working with coaches/healers to join our team and help us expand & create more impact in the world!
The right candidate will have an interest in the healing/coaching/money blocks world with excellent customer service skills, so they can come on board, become an asset to the business and thrive from this amazing opportunity to grow and learn their own skillset and knowledge.
In this role you will not only have the opportunity to travel the world but you will also learn a lot about the healing and coaching industry from Polly Alexandre herself whilst also honing your customer service, admin and tech skills with the help of Creative Director, Luci!
Your Availability
We are looking for a part-time assistant to start on 10 hours a week, with the view to gradually increasing that over the next 6-12 months.
You will be within 5 hours of UK time in terms of timezone as we will need to speak and connect with you during European working hours.
You will be available to travel to Ibiza for a week in October 2019 and to Los Angeles for a week in March 2020 to support in our upcoming live events (all travel + accommodation costs are covered).
Your Tasks (will vary week to week!)
Managing the support emails & Facebook groups and communicating with clients, students and prospective collaborative partners
General admin tasks such as data entry, following up with client payments etc.
Newsletter set-up/scheduling assistance
Supporting Polly during online live webinars
Supporting Polly during in-person live events
Supporting students in course Facebook groups
Your role will evolve over time to include:
Set up and automating online live events/funnels
Help with logistics planning for live events
(you will be formally trained on all the above first, don’t worry!)
Ideally, you will have experience/knowledge in the following, but full training will be provided wherever skills need developing:
Customer Service at a high standard (priority)
Experience in Microsoft Office - word, excel, powerpoint etc
Webinarjam (secondary)
Convertkit (secondary)
Acuity Scheduling (secondary)
Asana (optional)
Squarespace (optional)
Leadpages (secondary)
Adobe Illustrator & InDesign (optional)
*You will hold a valid Passport and Driving License to support at our live events in London, USA & Europe*
The ideal candidate will have/be:

Self-Starting & able to work on your own initiative
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Driver’s license
Ability to travel to the USA & Europe
Compensation
Hourly rate to be discussed, dependent upon experience and skills.
