Job Description

We’re looking for a fun and enthusiastic freelance assistant to join our growing team, to help with the day-to-day admin and customer services tasks generated by a fast growing coaching & healing business.

The right candidate will have an interest in the healing/coaching/money blocks world with excellent customer service skills, so they can come on board, become an asset to the business and thrive from this amazing opportunity to grow and learn their own skillset and knowledge.

In this role you will learn a lot about the healing and coaching industry from Polly Alexandre herself, whilst also honing your customer service, admin and tech skills with the help of Creative Director, Luci!


Your Availability

We are looking for a part-time assistant to start on 10 hours a week, with the view to gradually increasing that over the next 6-12 months.

You will be within 5 hours of UK time in terms of timezone as we will need to speak and connect with you during European working hours.


Your Tasks (will vary week to week!)

  1. Managing the support emails and communicating with clients, students and prospective collaborative partners

  2. Basic social media management

  3. General admin tasks such as data entry, following up with client payments etc.

  4. Newsletter set-up/scheduling assistance

  5. Supporting Polly during online live webinars

  6. Supporting students in course Facebook groups


Your role will evolve over time to include:

  1. Set up and automating online live events/funnels

  2. Pitching/approaching podcasts/interviews

  3. Help with logistics planning for live events

(you will be formally trained on all the above first, don’t worry!)


Ideally, you will have experience/knowledge in the following, but full training will be provided wherever skills need developing:

  1. Customer Service at a high standard (priority)

  2. Experience in Microsoft Office - word, excel, powerpoint etc

  3. Planoly/Buffer (secondary)

  4. Webinarjam (secondary)

  5. Mailchimp (secondary)

  6. Asana (optional)

  7. Xero (optional)

  8. Squarespace (optional)

  9. Leadpages (secondary)

  10. Adobe Illustrator & InDesign (optional)


The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A warm, approachable manner

  • Be passionate about healing and self development

  • Eager to learn about the workings of a global coaching business from the inside out

  • Personable and approachable with great people skills

  • A positive mindset

  • Focused, conscientious and committed

  • Previous customer service experience as an asset

  • Looking to grow in to a role and become more involved over the next 12 months

  • Have a technical mind; can pick up new skills quickly

  • Quick to respond and an action taker

  • Autonomous & able to work on your own initiative

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Compensation

Hourly rate to be discussed, dependent upon experience and skills.
